    Everything Ready for the Party Day

    On this page you’ll find the most important information about Leo’s birthday parties and how the celebration day unfolds step by step. When you know what to expect, the day runs smoothly from start to finish. If you still have questions about your booking, the Leo’s playcenter hosting your party will be happy to help.

    Before the birthday party

    • Create fun invitations
      You can use Leo’s ready-made invitation templates, create your own invitations, or send digital invitations directly through the booking system. Remember to ask your guests about any special dietary requirements in advance and inform us about them. It’s a good idea to invite guests to arrive slightly before the party starts so everything can begin smoothly.
    • Changes to your booking
      You can cancel your birthday party through our website up to 14 days before the party date. Changes to the booking, such as the number of children or catering, can be made online up to 5 days before the party. For later changes or cancellations, please contact our customer service by email at hello@leosleikkimaa.fi
      or contact the playcenter directly.
    • Allergies and special diets
      We take allergies and special dietary needs into account in all our birthday party servings. You can find the full allergen information here and review it in advance or share it with your guests if needed. This helps everyone feel safe and enjoy the celebration with peace of mind.

    Important to know

    • Adult supervision
      At least one adult must accompany the birthday group and be responsible for supervising the children throughout the party.
    • Socks on
      Socks must be worn during the entire visit – both in the play playcenter and in the birthday room. Socks are required for both children and adults.
    • Food and decorations
      Leo’s birthday parties include prepared catering and decorations. Bringing your own food, cake, or decorations is not allowed.
    • Play rules
      Shared play and safety rules apply in the playcenter to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
    • Payment
      Birthday parties are paid at the cashier at the beginning of the celebration. Payment at Leo’s can be made with the most common bank cards – cash is not accepted.

    How the Party Day Works

    1. Check in at the cashier
    When you arrive, please check in at the cashier. The staff will confirm your booking and guide you forward.
    Remember: socks must be worn by everyone – adults included.

    2. Before entering the party room
    After check-in, children may go play in the playcenter if your booking includes playtime before the party. When the room time begins, the birthday group will be called to the party room.

    If your celebration starts directly with the room time, the staff will guide you from the cashier straight to the party room.

    3. Celebration in the party room
    When the room time begins, the group moves to the party room to enjoy the treats and celebrate.

    If your party package includes a birthday host, they will bring the ice cream scoop cake to the room shortly after arrival and lead the birthday song for the birthday hero.

    4. Visit to Leo’s Treasure Cave
    During the room time, the birthday child will visit Leo’s Treasure Cave where a small surprise gift is waiting.

    If the playcenter does not have a Treasure Cave, the surprise gift will be brought to the party room.

    After the Party

    When the room time ends, the party room will be cleaned for the next celebration. However, playtime in the playcenter can continue even after the party.

    After the celebration, we will send a feedback survey by email. Your feedback helps us make Leo’s birthday parties even better.
