You will receive the 30-day pass on the day the party is held, when you pay for the party at the play center. The 30-day pass will be uploaded to your Family account. Make sure to register your birthday child under “My Family” in your Family profile. The 30-day pass is personal and non-transferable. It is valid for 30 days from the day the party is held.
